Jerome Wagner has given hundreds of Enneagram workshops to a variety of audiences. He has presented the Enneagram to counselors and spiritual directors, showing the therapeutic and spiritual dimensions of the Enneagram. He has given workshops to teachers on nine learning and teaching styles. He has used the Enneagram in parish, retreat, and personal growth settings. He has introduced the Enneagram to business managers and teams.

He has presented the Enneagram in a variety of time frames ranging from: one, two, and three hour introductions; 1-2 day workshops; weekend retreats; 5 day intensive trainings; 2 hours a week over 4-6 week periods.
